Refund policy

Items purchased from DOMO-Online.com may be returned for up to 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following guidelines:

  • If the wrong item was shipped or the item received has been damaged in shipment, the product will be replaced by the seller and a pre-paid return label will be issued by the seller.
  • If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, OR the customer would like to return an item for any reason:
    • The customer must contact the seller via email at domosalesonline@gmail.com or via phone at (855) 366-6645 and obtain a return authorization.
    • The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • Upon receipt of the return in satisfactory condition, the seller will issue a credit to the customer within 10 days for the amount of the product purchased, excluding shipping.
    • DOMO-Online.com is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
